Igloo Camping

This may be the last time we see Troop 65. These brave young men and their leaders are going into the mountains to build an igloo. Well... OK. So they are going to a ski resort area and building igloos to sleep in tonight. Still it is gonna be cold. For those how can't find Aaron, he is wearing the orange coat.

Snow Day!!

We got a couple of inches of snow last night so school was canceled today. The snow was already starting to melt so I let the kids go out to play after breakfast.Somehow Pam convinced James to go outside. This was his first time ever playing in the snow. Normally he just shuts the door and stays inside when the others go outside to play. James was loving the snow. he was crawling around and throwing snow. He even helped build a snowman. It is only about 10 or so inches tall.

This is the photo that we got taken at the hospital. He doesn't look to thrilled to have his picture taken. The blanket was a gift to him from his siblings.

A naming and a blessing

Today Thomas had his naming and blessing at church. Jaime and I felt that we should do it today instead of waiting till next month. We asked a few people who mean a lot to us to help with this ordnance. They were Joe McNames, Tom Pedersen, Troy Williams, Joe Johnson, Adam Palmer, Evan Vance and Bishop Hartup. Aaron was thrilled that he was able to help as a deacon holding the microphone. Thomas was silent through the prayer except for a bad case of the hiccups.

James wanted his picture taken too.
